Oversized and Excluded Products

Oversized products (e.g. full UTV enclosures) and certain items (like some tires and wheels) may not ship for free. You may estimate shipping for your products on the cart page before checkout.

R1 Industries Products

Most R1 Industries products are shipped via USPS Priority mail and typically arrive within 2-5 business days, depending on location, however, please note that shipping times can be affected by supply-chain issues, which may result in delayed shipping of several weeks. R1 Industries whips and rock lights ship free in the continental USA.* (*Exclusions may apply on sale items.)

R1 Industries products ship globally. Shipping rates may apply to locations outside the contiguous United States.

Direct From Manufacturer

Vender items not handled directly by R1 Industries are shipped as soon as possible, usually within 2-5 business days (expect longer lead times on larger items, such as roofs and windshields). Delays are possible. Shipping rates and availability may depend on shipping address and item weight.

Tracking Information

You will be emailed tracking information as soon as your items have shipped. We do our best to offer fast shipping on as many items as possible. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Windshields

While rare, due to the nature of glass, windshields may crack during shipping, despite our best efforts to package them effectively. You have 7 calendar days to notify us of broken glass. If you do not notify us within 7 calendar days the shipping company will not accept our claim and will not refund us for them breaking the windshield. If you received a windshield with broken glass please call 801-899-2520 or email us at support@r1industriesoffroad.com for assistance. On some vendors will cover up to $225 dollars for repair work done at a pre-approved glass shop (for Dirt Warrior Accessories windshields; other windshield brands are handled on a case-by-case basis).

We may be unable to provide assistance if action is taken without notifying us first.

Refusal to accept packages for any reason, including damage, may result in excess shipping costs, covered by the refusing party. Pictures may be requested to document damage and repairs. Costs covered will be reimbursed after work has been completed. Email: support@r1industriesoffroad.com.

Mail-In Tunes/Calibrations

Please follow all instructions outlined in the ECU mail-in form, any email communication, and over the phone, to ensure a prompt and smooth experience. Customers maintain responsibility for their ECU during the shipping process (while in transit and outside of R1 Industries' physical location). R1 Industries cannot reimburse or cover costs associated with delays, losses, or damages that result from the shipping and handling process. Please ensure proper insurance and care is considered and obtained if shipping your ECU. (We have a local deployment method for those who can travel to our full-service UTV shop.)
